OUR LOGO

The ANZAP logo is the amalgamation of a few visual and behavioural
motifs from pinball and video games, specifically: vector graphics, the
ball launch of a pinball, the ‘rug pattern’, and the common blinking
computer cursor.

Tracing the imaginary trajectory of a launched pinball as it curves
around the top of the play area, and ricocheting of bumpers and
targets as it descends toward the out hole, forms the structure of the
ANZAP anagram.

Taking the pattern and form of the above, the anagram logo is rotated clockwise 90 degrees, colour scheme applied to the logo in bold form the below:

USE OF THE ANZAP LOGO

(The ANZAP anagram logo)

The ANZAP logo is a visual symbol that represents the Australian New Zealand Arcade + Pinball Hall of Fame. The Australian New Zealand Arcade + Pinball Hall of Fame also utilises the logo as an award for its inductees and outstanding achievement recipients, the award is simply referred to as an “ANZAP”.

An ANZAP is awarded to pinball + video game titles, individuals, tournaments, and venues for the excellence and notable contribution to Australian and New Zealand pinball + video game community.

Each ANZAP is a customised animated gif (graphics Interchange format) bearing the name of the inductee/recipient. The inductee/recipient is free to display their ANZAP across various digital platforms, including their own websites and social media platforms.
