Steve Edwards (Edy) is regarded as one of the greatest pinball players to ever grace the Australian pinball scene and is often referred to as The GOAT among pinball circles.

Edy was near unbeatable across the early days of the Australian pinball scene from 2012 to 2018. A winner of over 20 events including The Australian and New Zealand Pinball Open and the Australian Pinball Champs, Edy also won two pinball machines within the space of three months playing competitions demonstrating again his immense skill and talent. Edy also represented Australia at the 2013 IFPA World Pinball Championship in Germany.

Edy was also instrumental in the fostering and development of the pinball scene in Australia and worked tirelessly at not only his own events, but would go above and beyond to help new tournament directors get their events off the ground.

This and many other reasons are why Steve is regarded as a fierce competitor, one of Australia’s greatest pinball players and a worthy ANZAP recipient.
